Throughout this semester in MKT 495: Social Media Marketing, I had the opportunity to work directly with Paint Nail Bar Tampa to develop and execute a full-scale digital campaign tailored to a real local business. This hands-on experience allowed me to bridge aesthetic-driven content with data-backed strategy, creating assets that resonated with Gen Z and Millennial audiences. I designed and launched a potential campaign titled “Nail Your Summer,” blending trend research, competitor benchmarking, and platform optimization to build brand awareness and drive engagement. I also refined my copywriting skills by developing on-brand, engaging captions and concepts that translated the client’s luxury, non-toxic values into scroll-stopping content. In addition, I learned to analyze and present campaign performance using key social metrics like engagement rate, impressions, and conversion indicators, ultimately enhancing my ability to make strategic content decisions rooted in both creativity and results. This experience helped me strengthen my personal brand as a marketer while gaining practical insight into what it means to manage a brand’s digital voice in a competitive industry.
